Met with a contractor today at the lake. We are finally in the process of getting the retaining wall built. He promises to be there within two weeks. I am so glad that he will take care of it rather than Dean and Ryan and Marcus having to deal with it. Maybe by Thanksgiving we will really have a place to go to!

I am a 25-year educator who taught English and Social Studies and admininstered the Gifted Education program at the local junior high school for 16 years. I am now the Assistant Principal and Counselor for a small rural high school in the same district. Have 3 grown children and four granddaughters, ages 1 month to 5 years. Have been happily married to my college sweetheart for 34 years. Looking forward to retirement in three years and building a retirement cottage at the lake.
