This weekend was the Symphony Mardi Gras ball. Ddaddy was in rare form...trying out dance moves not used in many moons. Reminded me of an old TEKE party. Will post pictures when I figure out how. We did have fun, stayed out way too late, and are going to bed early tonight. Work again tomorrow!

I am a 25-year educator who taught English and Social Studies and admininstered the Gifted Education program at the local junior high school for 16 years. I am now the Assistant Principal and Counselor for a small rural high school in the same district. Have 3 grown children and four granddaughters, ages 1 month to 5 years. Have been happily married to my college sweetheart for 34 years. Looking forward to retirement in three years and building a retirement cottage at the lake.
